Reservations & Dining Policy

1. Reservation Validity

2. Arrival & Seating Policy

3. Cancellations & Changes

3.3 Event hosting and group reservations may require earlier notice for adjustments or cancellation.

3.4 Where a reservation includes special preparation, custom menu planning, or exclusive arrangements, cancellation terms may be communicated separately.

3.5 Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking priority.

4. Event Hosting & Private Dining

4.1 Private events, executive dinners, receptions, and hosted gatherings require advance consultation with our team.

4.2 Event details including guest count, menu selection, event timing, and service preferences should be communicated clearly before confirmation.

4.3 Event arrangements are confirmed only after agreement on the relevant service terms.
