1. Reservation Validity
All standard table reservations should be made in advance through our official channels. Reservations are considered valid only after acknowledgment or confirmation from ST WILLIAMS RESTAURANT. For private dining, executive dinners, event hosting, or large group bookings, additional coordination may be required.
2. Arrival & Seating Policy
2.1 Guests are encouraged to arrive promptly at the reserved time to ensure smooth seating and service.
2.2 Seating preferences are noted with care but remain subject to availability at the time of arrival.
2.3 For delayed arrivals, table holding may be limited depending on demand and service flow.
2.4 Large parties may be seated only when the majority or all guests have arrived, depending on the reservation arrangement.
2.5 We reserve the right to adjust table allocation in order to preserve comfort, efficiency, and the dining experience of all guests.
3. Cancellations & Changes
3.1 Guests who wish to cancel or modify a reservation are encouraged to do so as early as possible.
3.2 Reservation changes such as date, time, or guest count remain subject to availability.
3.3 Event hosting and group reservations may require earlier notice for adjustments or cancellation.
3.4 Where a reservation includes special preparation, custom menu planning, or exclusive arrangements, cancellation terms may be communicated separately.
3.5 Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking priority.
